Overview
I started my career as an engineer, which gave me a strong foundation in system design and backend architecture, and over time I moved into roles where I owned not just systems, but also teams, delivery, and execution
A key phase of my career was working closely with founders at an early-stage SaaS company, where I helped build the MVP from scratch, made core architectural decisions, and partnered with product and business to shape the roadmap. As the company scaled, I scaled the engineering organization as well — introducing clearer prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery rhythms while maintaining velocity.This work helped the product scale reliably and supported strong outcomes, including strong customer adoption and a successful Series B raise of around $20 million.
My leadership style is centered on clarity, trust, and accountability. I believe teams perform best when priorities are explicit, context is shared openly, and engineers have autonomy over execution. I stay close to technical decisions around architecture and integrations to ensure we’re building scalable, maintainable systems.
